Compile a gratitude list.

This might be a bit of a challenge especially since you must list at least 20 things a day that you are grateful for........

Start with immaterial things like family, air, loyalty, friendship, love, humor and you ability to laugh.

Hugs.........we may take hugs for granted, just imagine what a genuine hug can do for you. Are you smiling just thinking about it?

One of the habits of happy and successful people is the ability to be grateful.
